Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) (Response to Redundancy)

Have you worked in the same sector for years but are now finding jobs few and far between? Why not make use of your expert knowledge and skills to train others instead?

PTLLS is a professional training course for those interested in, or who are about to start, teaching adults. It provides an essential toolkit of skills to get you started as a trainer, including how to impart any specialist experience you have to those building their careers.

You could use it to get work as a teacher or trainer in colleges, universities, businesses or training providers like Twin.

Qualification:	City & Guilds Certificate in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Sector (PTLLS)
Funding:	Fully funded – FREE
Duration:	Full-time for two weeks
Location:	Twin Lewisham HQ

Who is eligible?

Age:	18+
Status:	Unemployed for less than six months or under notice of redundancy
Residence:	Unemployed for less than six months or under notice of redundancy. Living in Lewisham, Greenwich, Bexley or Bromley borough. An EU resident or living in the UK for at least 3 years.
