Everything I learnt on the course, both theory and practical, I tried to apply in my workplace and this was rewarded with me getting the ‘Employee of the Month Award’ in the first month I joined this company.

They didn’t change it completely, they still kept it personal to me but helped me get my ideas down on paper and made it look and sound great, but most importantly professional. Twin’s facilities are great, and the tutors are excellent, inspirational, and they use real life scenarios to help reinforce what’s being learnt. Compared to college, the standards are very high, you don’t feel restricted in any way and you get so much more support and guidance. The classes are not as big as college groups. So the tutor’s attentions aren’t as split as they would be with a big group. This really helped my pace of learning.”

The course very much improved my employability. I now have three job interviews lined up, and I feel very confident going into them. Jobsearch is great, they have done a lot of hard work for me, and the interview techniques were brilliant!

The training is brilliant, and has done so much for me. Also, the skills gained are put straight into action. So not only did I get a really useful qualification, but also put it straight to use and made it relevant.

...I once again thank my tutor from the bottom of my heart for giving me the knowledge I required to make myself capable, confident and employable in the retail environment.

Before I did my training I was less confident to talk to people, I had no idea how to appear at the interview, even how to dress up and present myself to the prospective employer.

After my training at Twin I have found a platform. That is my biggest achievement. People at Twin know me and they listen to me and genuinely work towards getting me a place in the business environment. They have become more like my own family members.

The team at Twin have really made an effort to get me a place somewhere and I truly believe that I will be able to thrive with their help. With all the respect at my command, I personally thank everyone at Twin who constantly worked hard to see me working.

Today I have signed a document. It is a contract stating that I have found a job. Yes, I am now employed!
