What do trainees learn?
The ‘Skills for Life’ ESOL materials from the DfES are the main syllabus resource, plus learning materials relating specifically to different industry sectors. ESOL skills work includes:

The structure of the courses will include these areas in group-learning activities, while catering for the different abilities of the individual learners.
Vocabulary, terminology and best practice guidelines for your sector of operation are also incorporated. We can also customise the sessions with any material specific to your own organisation about procedures, quality, customer service and so on, after we have undertaken a Training Needs Analysis at your workplace.
