What do trainees learn?
This 21-week programme will give you really useful training and support from all Twin’s teams. The programme includes:
| 14 weeks: ESOL and employability training |
| 6 weeks: Work placement |
| 1 weeks: Intensive job search and qualification preparation |
- A work experience placement
- Basic skills English course– speaking, listening, reading and writing
- Employability training – IT, job search, CV, cover letter and interview skills
- Advice and guidance service - careers and further training
- Personal and social development skills
