There is FREE help available to improve the literacy and numeracy skills of people working
in retailing. It will boost their confidence, improve their performance and lead to them winning new and repeat business for your company.

Details

Course: Work 4 Skills in Retail
Qualification: Certificate in Literacy/Numeracy Level 1 (City & Guilds)
Funding: Fully funded – FREE
Structure: Minimum 12 weeks, maximum 20 weeks, depending on agreed timetable
Location: Twin Lewisham HQ or your venue

Who is eligible?

Age: 16+
Status: Employees working 8+ hours per week. All levels from assistants to managers.
Size: Retail businesses with up to 250 staff (SMEs, incl. franchises)
Location: Premises in Lewisham, Greenwich, Bromley, Croydon, Lambeth, Southwark or Wandsworth boroughs
Residence: Employees must be EU residents or living in the UK for at least 3 years
