Twin Group offered a very good alternative to our in-house recruitment, where all applicants come from different courses… Also the fact that all recruitment days are organised and well prepared – all the applicants go through screening - the location and quality of the venue, and the helpful and professional staff makes our recruitment very efficient and enjoyable so the only thing we have to do is to sit back and concentrate on the applicants.
The first time was such a success that we are now coming back to do more. I am now opening the third store in last few months and almost half of my new starters come from Twin. Their levels and experience varies, but in general all the applicants are very successful in their further employment with us. Few of them have made it already as Team Leaders, and in stock and admin. The most successful ones come from the retail courses - confident, well spoken and behaved and most important with the right ‘can do’ attitude. The work Anne Marie does with them is just great. You can very easily spot the difference in people who attended the course and those who just started.
As a Store Manager I have found a lot of reliable, honest staff with a great future ahead, for myself as well as for my colleagues. I will be coming back to Twin for help with my future recruitment which, thanks to the Jobsearch team is now one less thing to worry about when opening a new store.
