Organisational Needs Analysis

The Organisational Needs Analysis (ONA) will look at:

The Training Needs Analysis (TNA) will:

  • Ensure that training addresses existing problems

  • Monitor current performance using techniques such as observation, interviews and questionnaires
  • Anticipate future shortfalls or problems
  • Identify the type and level of training required and analyse how this can best be provided
