Our work with you is a simple 6-step journey.
Stage 1
Twin Employment & Training's Employer Services department will
contact you and arrange a meeting to discuss your specific
requirements in regards to recruitment and training.
Stage 2
At this initial meeting, your assigned Account Manager will
complete an ONA (organisational needs analysis) for your
organisation at no cost to your business.
Stage 3
We will agree and establish a recruitment and training plan for
your business with clearly identified objectives.
Stage 4
To meet these objectives we will source the appropriate
recruitment solution and/or training and confirm a funding solution
or cost (if applicable).
Stage 5
Once all details are confirmed, the agreed recruitment process
and/or training plan can commence.
Stage 6
To ensure effective service is provided by Twin, your Account
Manager will regularly review and measure the key objectives that
were set out in the ONA, helping you to maximise new opportunities,
evaluate success, and identify the next steps for your
organisation's development.
