Our Advanced Training Programme in Customer Service is designed
for people working in the Customer Service sector. The programme is
based on gaining a framework of qualifications and work-based
experience in customer service, improving job-based knowledge and
understanding.
This course boosts the motivation and confidence of employees
and provides an independent measure of performance against national
standards.
Successful completion of the Advanced Training Programme in
Customer Service - Level 2 can lead to:
- A Level 3 Training Programme
- Advance into higher education and/or onto a Foundation
degree.
