Course Description

 

The course consists of 6 mandatory units that cover the fundamental knowledge that all retail sectors have in common. There are also and 12 optional units - so you can choose a minimum of 4 of the subjects relevant to the industry you are interested in. Work in food retail? Learn about food safety and storage. Want to know more about window displays? Learn how to lay one out. Want to know about stock control, payments or the impact of the industry on the environment? This course examines every aspect of retail. So, you can tailor your qualification to your needs and learning outcomes.
