Partner stories

Here is a selection of comments and feedback from our many successful partners, working with us in employment and training.

Twin has been wonderfully enthusiastic and professional throughout our entire engagement on a project that has proven hard to fulfil in all aspects. The ideas and skills they possess to provide learners with effective tools for gaining employment in the workplace are second to none. CV skills, interview techniques, job searching and recruitment, to name just a few of the resources they excel at, has enabled my project to adapt and be successful.

Emma, Programme Manager, Westminister Kingsway College

Twin Training was [our] partner in a major, publicly funded project with high targets for getting older jobseekers trained in employability, Skills for Life and ICT expertise.

We have always found Twin to be dedicated, flexible, client-focused partners, willing to do what it takes to give our clients the extra support needed to enable them to complete their courses successfully and obtain their qualifications.

In the case of our project, the contribution Twin made helped us to secure extended funding for an extra year and gave many of our clients the skills, abilities and confidence to progress swiftly into employment.

Peter, Project Manager, Wise Owls

Twin group has supported a positive, team approach to Continuing Professional Development opportunities within [our] infants and nursery school. It was very useful to be involved in this new project.

Barbara, Headteacher, Surrey Square Infant School

[We are] a not-for-profit organisation … Training and support is offered to Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) business owners to build their capacity, increase productivity and maximise the employment potential of the sector.

[Our current] project supports 16-19 year olds who are NEET, predominately female, from a BAME background and who live within London … offering them an initial Information, Advice & Guidance session and subsequent Individual Learning Plan ... Following their training, individuals are supported into further learning or progression to employment.

[We are] working closely with our strategic partner, Twin, for the recruitment and delivery of the training to these individuals, a partnership that has proven to be very successful.

Colin, Project Manager, Salon Strategies
