Subcontractor on The Work Programme
The Work Programme is a commitment from the government to
support the most vulnerable people in Britain and end the cycle of
benefit dependency. The Work Programme is a structure created by
the Department of Work and Pensions that allows learning and
recruitment providers greater freedom to support the individual
needs of each customer.
The Work Programme will replace much of the existing structure
of programmes for unemployed people. Twin Employment & Training
(TET) has been selected as a subcontractor to work with major
providers like Reed and Career Development Group (CDG) in their
strategy to deliver the services the Work Programme requires.
"We worked with CDG throughout our delivery of the New Deal
contract , which resulted in Twin being one of the top Gateways to
Work performers in South London. Twin Employment &
Training are delighted to be able to build on this spirit of
collaboration by partnering with CDG on the delivery of the Work
Programme."
