COVID-19 update
The health and safety of our staff and participants are extremely important to us. Therefore we want to reassure you that we are following the advice from the World Health Organisation, NHS England and the UK government very carefully. All of our learners have been contacted to offer support during these difficult times, and we will continue to monitor them until the situation returns to normal. We will continue to support our learners through various means where possible.
During the current Covid-19 lockdown, we continue to manage our delivery to ensure that all customers and learners across all our programme continue to have access to learning, employability support and IAG services.
All courses advertised on our website, through referral and partner agencies, and through various digital media platforms, have been adapted for 100% remote and online delivery. We have designed our delivery to ensure that during lockdown we can offer the flexibility needed by learners and employers.
We combine virtual workshops, one-to-one coaching sessions, self-directed digital learning, and group project sessions, and our delivery methods are constantly under review to ensure our learners continue to engage in their learning and skills development programmes. Our Virtual Learning Environments, such as Teams and Zoom for class-based activity as well as our digital learning platforms are used to offer the full learner experience. The delivery is carried out in consultation with learners and employers to consider their requirements in a Covid-19 environment.
No face-to-face teaching is taking place or planned for the near future.
Some funding has been secured to enable us to provide laptops, tablets, and specialist equipment such as software, gamification, etc. to learners that require them. We can also supply dongles to enable internet access where there are connectivity issues. We can support customers to receive equipment is a Covid 19 secure environment.
We have specialist advisers to work with learners who have Special Educational Needs or Disabilities on a one-to-one basis. All support is delivered flexibly, remotely, and online.
Should you require assistance or wish to speak to a member of the team, do not hesitate to contact the member of the team who is your point of contact, or alternatively email us at qualitycompliance@twinuk.com or call 020 8269 5770
We wish you the very best of health and look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.
