What does our IT skills programme provide?
A detailed induction
At the beginning of your IT skills course, you will receive a detailed induction, so that you know what to expect when you begin your computer training.
Your own personal adviser
Twin provides you with a personal adviser who can guide you throughout the course and will continue to do so after you have completed it. Due to Twin’s commitment in both training and employment, we can provide you with a service tailored to your needs. All of this comes for FREE! You won’t have to pay for the training as we are funded by the government to deliver this programme.
Our IT training course, will allow you to attain an accredited ECDL Level 1 qualification. By having an ECDL qualification, employers will see that you have the essential IT skills necessary to carry out your role and it will also give you an edge over your competition.
Assistance throughout and afterwards
During your IT skills course, we can also provide further assistance, to ensure you are able to progress into work; this is based on your skills and experience.
You also will have access to online training and be able to stay in touch with your personal adviser, so that you are able to gain an ECDL Level 2 qualification.
