Our Employer engagement team have secured brand new partnerships with Travelodge and Mitie Total Security Management.
Thanks to some hard work from our Employer Engagement team we’re now in partnership with Travelodge hotels and Mitie Total Security Management, sourcing more than 160 candidates to fill vacancies across a variety of roles.
At Twin Employment and Training we want to give our candidates the best chance to earn a position with our clients. To achieve this goal and as part of our commitment to both our customers and clients, we offer full training and a guaranteed interview. You can’t ask for more than that!
For those interested in the hospitality sector and customer service, our Travelodge opportunities include Housekeeping Team Members, Bar Staff, Café Staff and Receptionists. Our training lasts one week, and candidates will earn a Level 1 qualification in Workskills as well as a separate qualification around safeguarding, customer service or food hygiene.
For those who like the idea of protecting as well as serving, our partnership with Mitie Total Security incorporates a thorough eight-week training program where candidates will earn four accredited qualifications, including the lengthily-titled: Level 2 Award for Working as a Door Supervisor within the Private Security Industry. What a mouthful.
As with the Travelodge vacancies, those enrolled on our training will attend guaranteed interviews - and all of this is for free!
