At Twin, we support not only jobseekers but employers too. Our recruitment, workforce development, employability and skills training services work in collaboration to drive business productivity and profitability.  

With our help, more than a thousand employers across Ireland, ranging from large organisations such as Raddison Hotels, Arrowmark and Oxfam to family-owned small and medium enterprises across the construction, agriculture, hospitality and low carbon sectors, have built highly skilled and productive workforces.  

Workforce training 

Our workforce training service equips staff with the skills and knowledge to do the best job for their employer. Courses can be government-funded, with no additional cost for the employer, and our programmes are specifically designed to address any skills shortages and find suitable solutions. 

Free recruitment services 

Our no-cost recruitment service is dedicated to preparing jobseekers for employment. Employers can work directly with our recruitment team to access a pool of fully trained candidates to enter the world of work, with guidance from our experts on the best people for the job.  

Organisational Training Needs Analysis (OTNA)  

Our sector expert account managers work with employers to identify staff training needs, develop solutions to skills shortages, and design bespoke training schemes leading to guaranteed interviews for jobseekers. 

Aftercare 

Post-recruitment, we continue to support employers. Our employer support team are there to help with any queries or additional training needs and mediate any issues between staff and the employer.
