Twin Employment & Training (TET) is a welfare-to-work provider for British residents, delivering government-funded training programmes and free recruitment services, leading to employment opportunities in the UK.
TET has a national network of partners providing education and employment services across the UK, as well as several year-round centres and more than 45 outreach centres delivering welfare-to-work provision.
Twin's mission is simple; to change lives by offering diverse, high-quality education, training programmes, work placements and employment services to people from the UK and abroad, so that they can achieve their personal and professional goals.
We have more than 25 years' experience of working with a broad range of clients, including those who are often the hardest to reach. We provide them with free training and a dedicated recruitment service to prepare them for work effectively and efficiently, teaching them lifelong skills that are transferable from role to role.
Our employability training helps the long-term unemployed prepare for their return to work and find a new position locally. Free training and employment services together mean that our clients are twice as likely to succeed with Twin.
Twin Employment & Training provide a free recruitment service across a diverse range of sectors. We have a reputation for delivering results and helping decision makers recruit outstanding candidates.
We understand the needs of employers and create tailored recruitment and retention solutions based on an Organisational Needs Analysis (ONA). We have worked with over 10,000 employers from local businesses to large multi-national corporations.
We started life in a small south London bedroom in the 1990s. Our first contract was won in 1993 when we helped train unemployed local residents in business skills. In 1995 the company was relaunched and rebranded as Twin Training International. Over the next 25 years, we expanded, offering more training programmes to national and international students, including opening three schools and numerous summer centres on an annual basis. In 2015 we moved to our current headquarters in the Greenwich Centre. We continue to train thousands of individuals every year through our programmes, helping people reach their goals.
