14/05/2018

Celebrate International Day of Families by joining our fantastic Inspiring Families Programme. If you need help finding a job, or need a boost in confidence with your interview skills then this programme could be just what you need!

Our Inspiring Families Programme is all about helping you find employment and ultimately improving your family’s circumstances. The programme is 100% FREE for you, because it is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF).

How does the process work?

  1. Your own personal adviser
Upon joining our programme you will receive your own personal adviser who will assess your and your family’s current situation and help you understand what needs to be addressed so you can secure employment.
  2. Your own action plan
Your adviser will put together a personalised action plan that reflects your needs in terms of finding a job (perhaps you need to update your CV, or practice your interview skills). This action plan will also reflect a job that is right for you and your family.
  3. Reviewing and tracking
Throughout your time on the programme, your adviser will regularly review and track your progress to ensure that you stay on track and are able to reach your goals.

Alongside our three step method, your personal adviser will also give you support and advice throughout the entire process, including financial advice.
