Twin is proud to be one of over 150 partner organisations that make up the NCS Network. Since 2019 we have been delivering the programme across South and East London as well as Poole in Dorset.

Our programmes in 2024

In 2024 we will be delivering a one-week residential summer programme in Eastbourne. Where you will support your team to get out of their comfort zone through a series of epic challenges and skills for life workshops. The second week will return to the home location where you will support your team to develop a meaningful and impactful social action project. For more detailed information on our Summer 2024 programme including dates, locations and application process please click here. 

In addition, this year we also have the Skills Booster Programme, where we deliver half-day and full-day workshops to schools in all our delivery locations. This occurs throughout the year in term-time. Read more about the programme and available vacancies.

Become a seasonal staff member 

Our seasonal staff play a crucial role in the delivery of the National Citizen Service programme. Whether supporting a nervous young person to do that abseil or leading an inspiring session on social action. NCS seasonal staff are the backbone of the programme.  

You do not need any expert skills to apply, just a desire to want to help, motivate and support the physical and mental health of our young people. We are looking for people who can be inspirational mentors and leaders, who will push their participants to get the most out of the NCS Programme.

Please note that in screening or at interview, we may decide to interview you for a different role to the one initially applied for.

If you turn 18 years old the year you wish to work on the programme you need to be 18 before 1st June 2022.

We are running NCS programmes on the following dates and locations in summer 2022, please specify your preference of dates and locations within the application form.  

 *Our programmes run Monday – Friday, you will not be expected to work weekends.
