Aged over 50 and looking for work? 

If you feel that you're missing the skills needed to get back into work we can help. As a company with 25 years' experience of helping all kinds of develop their skills and then find work, we're confident that we can help you with our over 50s Fast Track Programme, a 13-week long journey to gain an accredited qualification and improve your employment prospects.

Gain access to a committed mentor

Following your induction and skills assessment, you will be assigned a mentor to work with you throughout your learning plan. You will receive at least four learning reviews with them.

Health and wellbeing

Support addresses factors which contribute to the difficulties associated with finding work. We want to make sure you are in a healthy and positive mindset and excited about developing your future.

Learn to earn

Because everyone has different needs your learning plan will be designed to fit your requirements. You’ll receive a BTEC Level 1 Award in Workskills, providing you with the knowledge to boost your career.

Progression into work

Your mentor will give you practical advice on your applications, allowing you to move into a job that we have sourced for you. You will continue to receive in-work support after you have started in your new role.

This programme is exclusively based in the London boroughs of Bexley and Mitcham.
