This free programme supports Kent residents to gain the skills, qualifications, and confidence needed to find work or progress in the construction sector. With a dedicated Construction pathway, learners receive high-quality training and personalised guidance to help them succeed in one of the UK's fastest-growing industries.

Construction Pathway
This programme equips learners with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in construction roles.
Learners will develop key occupational skills through four weeks of online training, covering an introduction to health and safety in construction, plant and machinery safety, and construction career pathways. They will also gain a clear understanding of the routes available to them within the sector and how to pursue them.
The course also strengthens essential employability skills, including CV writing, job searching, and interview preparation, ensuring learners are well-prepared to take their next step with confidence.
This pathway supports progression into employment in construction, as well as further learning opportunities and qualifications in the sector, including access to a funded CSCS card via our partners.
