With the right advice, training and support, you can build your confidence, gain essential skills, and connect with employers to take your first steps into work or further training.

This programme is all about you – your goals, your circumstances, your future. You tell us where you want to go, and we will help you get there.

What You’ll Learn

You will have access to support and courses including:

  • English language support and ESOL (Entry Levels 1-3)
  • BTEC Level 1 courses
  • CV and employability training
  • Workplace and digital skills
  • Digital skills for work
  • Environmental awareness and climate change

You will work with a dedicated advisor who will guide you through your next steps, helping you build the skills you need to move forward.

What you need

A reliable internet connection, a laptop or computer with a camera and microphone, and access to Microsoft Office.

Eligibility

You can join if you:

  • Are aged 16-24
  • Live in Southwark

And are one of the following:

  • Not in education, employment or training (NEET)
  • A care leaver
  • A JSA claimant (6+ months)
  • An ESA or IS claimant
  • A lone parent
  • An individual with mental health needs
  • An individual with no Level 2 qualifications
  • An individual with housing needs
