Twin is working with Leicester City Council to offer free training and support through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF). 

 About the programme

If you want to improve your English, learn new skills, or find work in Leicester, we can help. Our programme is for people who are not working and need extra help to get into a job or further training.

This project is for people who are out of work or struggling to get a job.

You will get one-to-one support from our friendly team in Leicester city centre. We will talk to you about your skills, your goals, and what work is available locally. Together, we will make a plan to help you move forward.

What you will learn

You can:

• Get personal help to look for a job
• Make a CV and work portfolio
• Improve your English (ESOL classes from beginner to Entry Level 3)
• Improve your Maths and IT skills
• Learn job skills like how to do interviews and apply for work
• Build life skills to help you every day
• Get qualifications in money skills and other work skills

Who can join?

This free training is for people in Leicester’s ethnic communities who are not working.

It’s for you if you want to:

• Learn better English

• Improve your computer skills

• Get more confident

• Take the first step towards a job or further training
