An easy way to find new employees
Are you looking to find staff, apprentices or interns? Then we have the perfect recruitment solution for you. At Twin, we are offering a government-funded service for SMEs to make it easier to recruit 16-24 year olds.
The escalating costs of recruitment and consultations can be a burden, which is why we are offering an Organisational Needs Analysis to help you to identify any skills gaps in your current workforce, recommend the best ways to source any eligible candidates from our growing pool of 16-24 year olds - and it's all completely free!
We do all the hard work for you
Although advertising a job online is an easy, free recruitment solution, these services do not offer training to potential employees in the same way we do at Twin. We ensure that applicants are screened, selected and prepared and we assess all candidates to be certain that we match the right person to your specific vacancy to increase the chances of you gaining a successful long-term employee.
